SolarSlide System

The SolarSlide is a complete system used for streets, roadways, parking lots, walkways, and area lighting projects. The Slide fixture is an efficient decorative style fixture and provides great light output with multiple distribution patterns. This fixture works best for applications with a mounting height of 10' to 20' providing even illumination on the ground. The Slide fixture is also dark sky friendly.

  • The SolarSlide high-powered LED solar lighting system comes complete with solar power assembly, fixture, bracket, and all mounting hardware to attach to a pole. SEPCO can also provide a pole to meet wind load specifications.
  • The SolarSlide solar power assembly ranges from 30 Watts to 550 Watts, with the size of the battery assembly allowing for a minimum of five days autonomy. The solar power assembly is sized according to installation location and takes into consideration local weather conditions.
  • The Slide fixture is a decorative style fixture and comes complete with LEDs and drivers used to operate from the solar-charged batteries. The SolarSlide ranges from 10 to 55 Watts and comes with Type II, III, and V Distribution patterns, and 3K, 4K, and 5K color temperatures.
  • The SolarSlide's fixture bracket can either be the LB London Bracket which is a decorative side of pole style fixture bracket 16" wide allowing for side of pole mounting. The fixture mounts below the solar panel at the required mounting height for the application. No bracket is needed for post-top pole mounting configurations.
  • The SolarSlide system mounts to any round pole with a minimum diameter of 4", allowing the solar to face south while not restricting the direction of fixture installation. The SolarSlide can be purchased complete with a pole for mounting the solar lighting system. Poles are available in aluminum, steel, fiberglass composite, or concrete and are anchor base or direct burial. All poles provided by SEPCO meet local AASHTO wind load requirements.
