Solar Building Structure Lighting Projects
Below are some of our solar shelter lighting projects. These projects feature different style fixtures for illuminating bus shelters, mailbox clusters, restrooms, pavilions, and canopies. Our systems are sized for a minimum of five days autonomy and require no connection to the electric grid. As demonstrated in thousands of existing projects around the world, our proven solar shelter light systems feature rugged commercial-grade construction combined with unsurpassed quality, performance, reliability, and the value of 25+ year system life expectancy - all backed by the best warranty in the business.

DR Horton
DR Horton uses our solar mailbox lighting systems to illuminate mailbox clusters in various communities.
Lucky Peak Dam Park
Lucky Peak Dam Park uses our solar canopy and wall mount lights to illuminate both the interior and exterior of remote restroom facilities. The electrical grid was not available to these remote locations.
Macomb City Tunnel
Macomb City uses our solar power systems to operate the canopy lights in a short tunnel where power was not available.
USDA ARS
USDA installed the canopy lights under a canopy with a remote solar on a post to support the system and allow it to face directly south.
Solar LED Building Structure Lighting Systems
Every SEPCO solar lighting system is tailored to meet the project's needs, taking into consideration the system light output and operational requirements. It is sized for solar insolation availability, the longest night of the geographical installation, and worst-case scenarios. Below, you will find the most popular systems for building structure lighting projects. SEPCO systems can be designed to meet local AASHTO wind load ratings, BAA/BABA compliance, ETL listing for UL/CSA compliance, Dark-Sky, and FWC for turtle-friendly illumination, depending on project needs.

SolarLSQ System
The SolarLSQ system is a canopy fixture that lights up buildings, pavilions, walkways, and area lighting projects while cost-effectively reducing maintenance costs and energy bills. Each system is designed with a roof mounted or remote pole mounted solar power assembly to operate one or more high-powered LED fixtures at the required output for the time required based on the local sun availability.
